The Mayor of Preston, Councillor John Swindells cut the ribbon following a service of celebration. The President of the Methodist Conference, Rev Stephen Poxon was in attendance and addressed over 240 people packed into Central Methodist Church, Lune Street.
After the opening ceremony the door was open for all to see the new premises and see the great changes that have taken place.
